I started cutting my senior year of high school, class of 2023, and I haven't put the clippers down since. These days that's a chair on 18th Street in Metairie, a book full of regulars, and 114 reviews sitting at a 5.0.
Fades, line-ups, shear work, modern or classic. I take all of it on. I'd rather be the barber who can handle whatever walks through the door than the one who only does a single thing well. And if you can't get in, reach out anyway. I don't like turning anyone away if I can help it.

Booking asks for a card on file. It isn't charged when you book. It's only there for no-call, no-shows, where a percentage of the service price gets charged. Cancel or reschedule ahead of time and there's no charge at all. An empty chair is an hour I could've given to someone else, so that's all it's protecting.
In person, at the shop. I take Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash, whatever's easiest for you. The card Booksy keeps on file isn't how you pay for the cut; that's only there for no-shows.
All of it. Straight, wavy, curly, coily, locs. Men and kids. Fades and line-ups are my bread and butter, but I do shear work and classic cuts just the same.
Come with clean hair and an idea of what you want. Reference pictures or videos help more than words, so bring them. I'd rather see it than guess at it. And stay open to a recommendation: sometimes a small change to what you had in mind sits better with your hair type or head shape, and I'll tell you straight if that's the case.
About an hour, start to finish. That's how my Booksy slots are built. I'd rather take the full hour and get it right than rush you out of the chair.
